The Illuminated Heart: A half day retreat, immersing into an introduction to practices of Universal Sufism with Yaqin Joseph Aubert
The orientation of the spiritual traveler on the Sufi way is to return to their essential being or, you could say, to Being.
The religion of the Sufi is the religion of the heart.
Through practices of light, breath and sacred sound, stories, contemplation, meditation, and the unity of religious ideals, we will explore the inner journey.
